Revo® DA is a single-thread chain-stitch portable filled bags closing sewing machine. This robust machine stands up to the most demanding sewing jobs on all types of paper, textile and poly bags made from HDPE/PP, etc. It is simple to operate, even for inexperienced users. The reinforced feed mechanism consisting of the wider presser foot and feed dog with a bigger throat plate than conventional single thread chain-stitch bag closing machines helps achieve smoother, even and better looking plain and folded top closures.

Revo® bag closing machine housing is cast and machined to close tolerance and the parts undergo suitable heat treatment processes making them wear resistant, thus reducing downtime and repair costs. Economical Revo® NP-7A Portable bag closer is designed for continuous use.

The economical high-speed Revo® NP-7A Portable Bag Closer provides a long, minimum maintenance service life. Engineered for continuous operation, the single thread chain stitch bag closer has a top speed of 1,600 rpm.

The Revo® NP-7A closes bags of agricultural products, animal feeds, fertilizer, flour, chemicals and other pelleted and powder materials. The versatile closer also sews on horizontal surfaces and can be used to join two fabrics.

The portable closer is equipped with a safety plastic handle for insulation and features an oil pump lubrication system and automatic thread cutting. Oil lines direct lubricant to main moving elements.

Options available with the portable bag closer include double thread chain stitch, presser foot lifter, shoulder belt, thread cone cover, tape binding attachment and spring balancer with hanger.

The RC-8 sewing head is a rugged, simple to operate and efficient bag closing machine for conveyor systems. A simple mechanism for adjusting the stitch length from 5 mm to 9 mm makes the RC-8 ideal for stitching filled bags of all kinds of HDPE, PP, Jute, Hessian and various types of kraft-wall paper bags with synthetics or cotton thread. The moving parts inside the machine are sealed against dirt and dust particles to ensure less maintenance is required than conventional conveyor bag closing sewing heads. It is used for closing mouths of bags filled with fertilizers, sugar, rice, flour, cattle feed etc. The mechanical cutter is available as standard in both the RC-8 models which helps severs the thread chain with ease after the bag has been securely stitched. The RC-8 sewing head is available with a wide choice of slat or belt conveyor systems in various lengths. Conveyors can also be custom manufactured to different specified lengths. The machine also has the provision of a variable speed pulley allows synchronization with existing conveyor systems.
